Nadia was very informative and gave us ideas and a map of Rome. The deluxe room was spacious with a large renovated bathroom and a lovely window that overlooked a quiet street. It was as described by other visitors so we were not disappointed. The location is excellent being only 100m from the train station and a few blocks from the Vatican. Lots of restaurants to choose from and a laudromat two streets away.

It was very difficult to find as there were no signs outside. This apparently is a condition set by the government. However, we were sent an email a few days prior to our arrival giving exact instructions but as we were travelling, we didn't always have access to the internet. Would have been better to have been given these instructions at the time of booking. Don't be put off by the exterior which looks like a double doorway to an old warehouse, inside is lovely!

Well run hotel. Tuscan dinner was great. Really appreciated the room upgrade at no extra cost. Views were spectacular from the balcony. Strongly recommend you pay the extra for a room with a balcony - well worth it! Real homey feel about the place with lots of lounge areas to relax in. We are planning on returning to this region again (with a car) and will definitely stay here.

Unfortunately a little out of the way if you do not have a car. Clearer instructions on getting there using the bus would have been helpful. The locals weren't very helpful with directions due to the language barrier. Unfortunately the offer of being picked up came after we had walked for over an hour to get there.

Nice small countryhouse, the staff is nice. Rooms are ok but since they're on the first and second floor (stairs, no lifts) it's not really the ideals place to stay if you have babies. Breakfast was poor. I did expect some local cakes and food, given the fact it's right in the heart of Chianti.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful. The evening meals were always excellent and interesting as a fixed €25 menu. Wonderful swimming pool with a view! Room was stunning. Air conditioning worked well.

A lovely family run hotel, located about 10 minutes drive out of town. Perfect location as long as you have a car to drive around and visit winereies and villages nearby. Great facilities, large and comfortable room and very friendly and accommodating staff. The home cooked Tuscan style meal (at only EUR25 for 4 courses) they served at the hotel was delicious. Lovely pool to relax around in the sun! Thoroughly recommend a visit here!

The hotel is located in a very nice location, near Panzano. Has an excellent view in Toscane countryside. The room is clean and traditional. We enjoyed walking in the hotel's garden picking apples from the trees. Excellent service but the breakfast was rather poor, it could included more local goods and tastes from their garden.

We chose Villa Rosa because they were able to accommodate our family of 5 adults with 2 rooms at a reasonable price with breakfast included. They also had free parking, free wi-fi, and many other amenities. The Villa is lovely, the accommodations were excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. After driving all day, I just wanted to stay put, so I inquired about dinner and was told that we could dine al fresco that evening. We were then able to unwind and relax at the pool overlooking the beautiful countryside and vineyards. The dinner was a typical Tuscan style meal that was delicious! (excellent value!) Our entire family enjoyed our stay. Our only regret is that we stayed just one night. I would love to return to spend a week at Villa Rosa to tour the Chianti area and relax at the Villa. I highly recommend this hotel.
